Flavoured bread loaves allow our bakers to explore their creativity. Because fresh, local ingredients are at the heart of our micro-bakery, our loaves tend to be unique. Past flavours have included: blueberry and roasted corn, roasted squash and wild rice, seeded spent grain, Danish rye, and buckwheat fruit and nut.
